Reviews and Ratings
Our weekend at the Bavarian Inn was nothing short of amazing! The rooms were beautifully decorated with a serene view of the Potomac River, and the infinity pool offered breathtaking scenery. The dining experience was excellent, with delightful food and a lovely atmosphere. However, the more formal dining restrictions at dinner might not suit everyone's preference. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we can't wait to return.
I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the hotel. The atmosphere was charming and well-maintained, with a lovely room featuring a jacuzzi and fireplace. The dining options were decent, with a highlight being the stout cheesecake. The only downside was some minor issues with the bathroom lighting and limited menu options. Overall, I would definitely consider returning for another stay.
Our stay at the Bavarian Inn was truly enjoyable. The large, comfortable rooms offered fantastic views of the Potomac River, and the dining experience was delightful with delicious food. However, be prepared for quite a few steps to reach the rooms, and it would be great if the beds were upgraded for added comfort. Overall, it’s a lovely resort experience with good value for money.
I've had the chance to enjoy The Bavarian a number of times over the years, and while I love the comfortable beds and cozy feel, the rooms could really use some updates. Dining has its highs and lows, but I'm happy to say the staff is generally friendly, although my recent experience with maintenance was a letdown. The grounds are kept nicely, but the resort fee while the pool is closed feels unnecessary.
